Service and purchase

Comerciame offers tools to create websites, recover content from an existing website and edit with AI. Verify your email and review the proposal. Before purchasing a paid plan or module, its features, price, taxes and billing interval are shown; purchase requires explicit confirmation.
Plans, usage and modules
Public plans are Free, Robet guides you (Basic and Pro) and We run it; you can expand usage from your panel. Current prices and features appear on Pricing and at purchase. Included usage applies to AI work and varies with request complexity; MCP draws from the same allowance. There are no token top-ups or overage charges. When the allowance runs out, wait for renewal or change plans. Modules and domains are purchased separately where indicated.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew for the agreed billing period until cancelled. Cancel from your account; your plan continues until the end of the paid period. Upgrades and downgrades show their price impact before confirmation. Review active modules and domains, which may have separate terms. Cancellation does not replace applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights; contact us to exercise them.
Your website for life (one-off payment)
Your website for life costs €249 + VAT as a single payment, with no monthly fees. You request it from your account: we email you the details and a payment link, and it is purchased once you pay.
It includes the same as the Basic plan of Robet guides you: your website published and online, the option to use your own domain, and the limited Robet AI usage that Basic gives for small changes, renewed every month just as in Basic. If you need more usage, you can move to a monthly plan, such as Pro, whenever you like; from then on that plan’s price and terms apply. If you later cancel that monthly plan, you go back to your website for life with what Basic includes: you do not lose the one-off payment.
It does not include the domain, which is always purchased and renewed separately, nor any other module or service, such as SEO or bespoke work, which are purchased separately where indicated.
“For life” means for as long as we provide the service. If we stop providing it, we will give you at least three months’ notice and help you export or move your website.
This one-off payment does not replace applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights; contact us to exercise them.
Your content and review
You must hold the necessary rights to text, images and websites you provide or ask us to retrieve. Migration does not guarantee reproduction of every original feature or integration. Review AI output, commercial information and your industry’s requirements before publishing. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorised access or infringement.
Google Maps content and reviews
When the reviews module is enabled, websites created with Comerciame include Google Maps features and content through Places API. Use of those features and content is subject to the current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these terms for that use.
The module displays up to three five-star reviews from those returned by Google, in the order received. This is a filtered selection and does not represent all reviews. The text comes from Google and is not generated or rewritten with AI.
Publishing and MCP
Versions let you prepare and review changes before publishing. Connecting an external assistant grants access within your permissions, including publishing if your role allows it. Specify what it should execute and revoke access when no longer needed. The connection does not expand your plan’s features.
Support and statutory rights
Report issues to hola@comercia.me. We do not guarantee commercial results, a particular search ranking or uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude mandatory statutory warranties, liabilities or rights. Bespoke work requires its own quote and scope.
