The real questions, answered
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrading is immediate: you only pay the difference for the remaining period. Downgrading is scheduled for the end of the period you already paid — and until that day you can change your mind with one click.
How much can I change with Robet?
With Basic you get limited usage, to try the AI with a small change or two a month: a text, a photo. With Pro you change your site with room to spare, even in your busiest moments. And if you change your site every day, Max gives you even more. You see what's left in your panel and can expand it from there.
What exactly does We run it include?
Your website becomes our job. We look after its design, its security and its SEO/GEO, and if something breaks — an error, a security problem, content or a design that isn't right — we find it and fix it. You talk to the team by phone, Meet or WhatsApp. If you ask for something new beyond looking after your site, we quote it first.
Do prices include VAT?
Included. The price you see is the price you pay — no last-step additions.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, month to month. Cancel anytime from your panel and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
What if I run out of usage one month?
Your published website keeps working. To make more AI changes, wait for your allowance to renew or change plans. There are no top-ups or overage charges.
Do I have to deal with hosting, speed or images?
No. Your website is published and ready: hosting, a secure connection and your images served separately, so it loads fast and search engines read it well. You just decide what to say.
Can I ask for changes from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. You can connect your AI assistant to Comerciame through MCP on any plan, at no extra cost. Changes you ask for there are made by Robet and count towards your monthly usage like any other.
What are modules?
Pieces you add when you need them: SEO, SEM, online store, priority support. You add them from your panel, and on a paid plan they cost less than on Free.
Can I stay on Free forever?
Yes. Free doesn't expire: your site stays published on its free subdomain for as long as you like. To use your own domain, move to Robet guides you.
Would you rather run it for me?
That's what We run it is for: we run your website and answer for it. If you also want us to build it from scratch, «Built by us» starts at €199 + VAT and works with any plan.
How do I cancel?
From your panel, in a couple of clicks — billing is handled by Stripe, the same gateway millions of businesses use. Your Free site keeps existing afterwards.
