Comerciame offers tools to create websites, recover content from an existing website and edit with AI. Verify your email and review the proposal. Before purchasing a paid plan or module, its features, price, taxes and billing interval are shown; purchase requires explicit confirmation.

Plans, usage and modules

Public plans are Free, Pro and Max, with Max 5x and Max 20x options. Current prices and features appear on Pricing and at purchase. Included usage applies to AI work and varies with request complexity; MCP draws from the same allowance. There are no token top-ups or overage charges. When the allowance runs out, wait for renewal or change plans. Modules and domains are purchased separately where indicated.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew for the agreed billing period until cancelled. Cancel from your account; your plan continues until the end of the paid period. Upgrades and downgrades show their price impact before confirmation. Review active modules and domains, which may have separate terms. Cancellation does not replace applicable statutory withdrawal or refund rights; contact us to exercise them.

Your content and review

You must hold the necessary rights to text, images and websites you provide or ask us to retrieve. Migration does not guarantee reproduction of every original feature or integration. Review AI output, commercial information and your industry’s requirements before publishing. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorised access or infringement.

Publishing and MCP

Versions let you prepare and review changes before publishing. Connecting an external assistant grants access within your permissions, including publishing if your role allows it. Specify what it should execute and revoke access when no longer needed. The connection does not expand your plan’s features.

Report issues to hola@comercia.me. We do not guarantee commercial results, a particular search ranking or uninterrupted availability. These terms do not exclude mandatory statutory warranties, liabilities or rights. Bespoke work requires its own quote and scope.
