What we process and why

We process account and contact details, messages and files you provide, content from a website you ask us to retrieve, and information needed to deliver and bill the service. We use it to handle your request, verify your email, create and maintain your website and manage the contract. Do not send passwords or sensitive data in chat.

Handling your request and providing the service are based on pre-contractual steps or the contract; tax records are processed to meet legal obligations. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service, balanced against your rights.

Newsletter

We subscribe you only when you explicitly request it in your account. We store your preference, date and consent text version as evidence. Registering, creating a website or accepting cookies does not subscribe you. Withdraw consent from Account → Newsletter; unsubscribing does not affect product access or necessary service communications.

Providers and connected assistants

The service uses hosting, authentication, payments, email and AI providers. Depending on the feature, they may process necessary data as processors or under their own terms, including Clerk for identity, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for protection and Sentry for optional diagnostics. Contact us for the processor list, processing locations and international transfer safeguards.

Connecting an assistant through MCP authorises access to your projects under your account permissions. The external tool also processes information you share under its own policy. Revoke access in Account → Connected assistants.

Retention

We retain necessary data while handling your request or providing the service. Afterwards, data is deleted or restricted according to applicable obligations and liability periods. Newsletter preferences remain until changed; after withdrawal, we retain only necessary evidence of consent and withdrawal for the applicable liability period. Browser storage lifetimes are described in Cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by contacting hola@comercia.me. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
