What your browser stores

We use cookies and local storage for specific features. This page describes the public website; the account area also uses its provider’s necessary authentication cookies.

Necessary for requested features

idioma: first-party cookie, one year, remembering your chosen language. comerciame.charla.v1: first-party local storage containing the session and up to 40 messages so you can resume a conversation for seven days; it does not store the email field. comerciame.consent.v1: first-party preference stored for 180 days to remember your choice.

Cloudflare Turnstile activates when you interact with chat to check that the request is not automated. It may process connection and browser details needed for that protection.

Optional diagnostics

If you accept optional features, we enable Sentry to send technical reports when an error occurs. We do not enable session replay or advertising. If you choose Necessary only, optional diagnostics do not load. Change your choice in Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

Deleting or blocking storage

You can delete site data and cookies in your browser. This removes preferences and may prevent conversation recovery. Rejecting optional features does not prevent website creation or account access.
